vm ware problems

hi i just installed vm ware player... but when i install an os (xp s2, wins7) inside the vmware it goes fast... when it loads it goes fast, the time goes fast, and any application that i open goes fast.. how can i make it run in normal???

specs:

amd 64 x2 duo core 2.71Ghz

2 gig ram

1 gig VC

i alloted 1 core and 512mb to the vm ware

do you mean the OS or application disapears as soon as you launch it?

no it doesnt dissappear.. it just moves/goes fast, for example i open a game it goes too fast like it has a speed hack on it.

have you tried installing vmware tools on your guest OS ?

If not, please access the online help in your vmplayer on how to install vmware tools for your guest OS.
