Anyone know would be a decent salary package for Sr. VMware Consultant for large financial corporation be? This would be consulting for other head hunter company. Any ideas would be great!

its okay not to have your VCP but your available to work on
project on spare time would be appreciated and shouldn't let your company
know its your own good.
In my opinion, Nuno should check with his employer to ensure that there is no conflict of interest. I know in some industries, the advertising industry for example, there are ofter times clauses in contracts between employer and employee that "limit" what the employee can do in their spare time.

That's not a problem... As long I do not need to register my VCP with
you

There might be limitations what you can do. You may not be able to be onsite and implement projects on your spare time but you can always be an architecture solution from home and draw a visio diagram plus write scope of work for implementation engineers in that case it wouldn't matter. As long as your VCP doesn't tie to our venture than we have no problems so we just consider you're 1099 independent contractor hire on project basis.
If you found this information useful, please consider awarding points for "Correct" or "Helpful". Thanks!!!
