Dear All,
I have a vey weird problem with View 4.5 client since last weekend. There was no change at all in the configuration and connection server setup.
My issue
At home I have Win7 and use View 4.5 client to connect to my office. The application tries to connect and freeze then. I don't even get the choice to choose a pool. Do I use VMware worksatation with my XP VM, It does connect from home just fine.
In the office I have Vista and it connected fine too.
I believe there must be an issue with Windows 7, but i don't know what. I have rebooted the connection server and the router. Deinstalled my Client at home on my Win7 machine and redownload it from the website.
I was hoping somebody from this great coummity might give me an advice.

This is caused by a Windows Update. The fix is in KB 1034262.
Also you can update to the latest VMware View Client (build 353760) released Feb 14, 2011. http://www.vmware.com/download/download.do?downloadGroup=VIEW-450-CLIENT-PATCH

Indeed it was the view client, problem fixed!
Do you know by chance where to place the patched client on the connection server in order it can be downloaded from the portal website?
