VMware ESX Version 4.1.0 (Mouse performance not good)

I "ve installed Esx 4.1.0, in that one i have installed Windows Xp/2003 then i login those machines and installed vmware tools even i am getting problem with Mouse it's not moving frelly and it's not moving to taskbar and start button and slow performance it's having.

Please advice solution for above problem.

have you set the hardware acceleration to full for the VM in question? You are using the VMware pointing device driver?
