I need to generate the complete disk space utilization reports for all vm servers which is belongs to our VC server

You can use Storage View plugin of vCenter.

Or 3rd part tools, like RVTools.

I would recommend to use Veeam's Reporting utility - Veeam Reporter

www.veeam.com

It is a free base Reporting utility but you need to buy licenses for the more advanced reports

But the report you are looking for is included in the free version, and the report layout is very nice with graphs and details per VM

RVTools is free, and you can install also on your PC.
