What I do on Win2008R2 are

1. set the TimeZone to UTC

2. set the Location to my country

3. Enable sync with ESXi Server by check the sync in the VM Client

Its work now.

Thanks.

ESXi runs in the UTC time and you can't change that. The VI client will translate times to the time zone of the PC running the VI client.

ESXi runs in the UTC time and you can't change that. The VI client will translate times to the time zone of the PC running the VI client.

Some people report the VM client showing the wrong time in the CPU/Real-time Performance tab. Some people report VMs with incorrect times (as a result of vmtools updating) even though the time is "right" on the ESXi 4 host.

The problem is likely that the time is correct on the server for your local time zone but ESXi 4 runs in UTC not your local time zone. (unless you are in UTC)

Make sure the server time shows correct for UTC and you should be good to go.
