All VMware Community Moderators see a button in the threads called "Submit to Knowledge Base".  This triggers a process to get that valuable interchange distilled into an article that can be used by customers and VMware staff alike to solve their own problems.

If you see such a thread, feel free to point it out to your local moderator!

If you can't find the article you need, or see that some good information is missing from our KB (it happens, believe it or not!) we have a form that you can use to submit your suggestion.

All of our published articles also have an RSS feed, so if you want to be updated when a specific article is changed, you can be notified through your feed reader.  This nicely complements the feeds you (should!) already have for the Communities, KBTV and the Support Insider.
