I've got the same problem. Installed update 4.0.0, 261974. Updated VMware Tools and my 3 Wyse P20's can't connect via PCoIP.

Hi, I have also upgraded to update 2 and the new tools and I cannot use pcoip. All I get is a black screen and then it exits. Is this a call to vmware?

Thanks

Reinstall the View agent after upgrading the VMware Tools. Verify that the displaydriver is the correct one from the View agent install.

Already tried uninstalling View, VMware Tools, rebooting, re-install Tools, re-install View. Didn't work.

Also, should we really have to do that?

What is the version of the display-driver?

If you have made a Service Request, please post the SR-number.

Adjust your video memory to 32MB+ in vCenter > Virtual Machine > Edit Settings

We had a lot of issues with Wyse P20's, this being one of them.

Cheers!

We have tried the older tools and this appears to fix it. Can you try the following.

- Uninstall the tools

- Install the tools from an older host

If this works for you can post here.

That's the solution! Downgrade the VMware Tools to U1 and PCoIP works again. Was there any testing done with U2 and PCoIP VMware??

I think that bug would have been found easily.

Just wanted to chime in and mention that I can get my sessions to connect after trying a few times but dual monitors are not working. Switching back to RDP and it works fine.
