Using ESXI 4.0, I can't get a Network File System to mount

Using ESXI 4., I am trying to get an NFS to link to and am having no success. I have a Windows 2008 Web Server wth a shared folder on it that I am trying to link to as an NFS. The shared folder has full rights for anonymous. I know the name and I.P. address of the file server, and I know the name of the shared folder, but I get an error "Error during the configuraiton of the host: NFS Error: Unable to MOunt filesystem: unable to connect to NFS server.

I have diabled the firewall temporarily on the router to make sure that it wasn't an issue, and it didn't make any difference.

There are several things you need to configure on the ESXi host and on the Windows machine. Googling for "ESXi Windows NFS" will produce many tutorials. For example, this one.
