PCoIP does not work through the Security Server. If you want to use PCoIP over the WAN you have to connect in another way, like (SSL) VPN. If RDP is also enabled on your pool View does fall back to using RDP.

Please check your local client resolution setting. After that try with RDP if RDp is working the there is a resolution issue. Also hope you enabled all related port in firewall also.

RDP works fine the only Issue is the PCOIP. Is there some resolution settings which you can guide me at, as i am able to connect it without any display. Internally PCOIP works fine.

As been said before in the thread, PCoIP will not work tunneled through the security-server.

For PCoIP to work you need to be provide direct connection between the klient and the vDesktop, and it will not with NAT-devices,

Use a client-VPN to get the traffic into the LAN network or use RDP instead.

Wow...

With all the PCoIP hype, I think this is huge. Has anyone heard of any plans to make PCoIP work via the security server?

I am also reading that PCoIP will not work via the Portal? Should have done my homework. This is not going to work for me outside of the LAN. I'm glad I havn't invested too much. Hopefully this will be fixed in 4.5.

It is well documented that PCoIP will not work over a Security Server.

This should not come as a surprise to anyone as it was clearly laid out to us when we did our evaluation of HyperV / Citrix and VMWare.

We are fortunate in that our Branch Offices are connected through an Edge device back to our Core device via an SSL based VPN - so PCoIP is working for us but it costs you dearly on your bandwidth.

We have been looking at moving back to RDP until such time as the PCoIP packets are optimized for WAN based connectivity - but at this point, we are holding off.

If PCoIP is what you need - consider building an OpenVPN based system and use the SSL based VPN client which is free and fast. A little elbow grease, but you end up with a no cost solution that will give you PCoIP over your WAN link and a solid tunnel.

Cheers!
