Not really... They reserve the dot releases for major updates... Such as 3 to 3.5 to 4.0... Updates to the current release is in the form of "update" levels... Such as 3.5 update 4, not 3.5.4...
I believe that release 4.1 is on the horizon, coming out within a few months (if I recall correctly)... I will be very interested in what changes are in that release.
