Linked vCenters

I am sure this has been discussed in the past but I am either to stoopid or lazy to find the correct answer...flame me if you must but hopefully someone else will find you assistance helpful! With that said here is my situation...

We have two vCenters set up. I have linked the vCenters and I can see inventory and manage resources on both. However I was hoping there was some way the permissions would link across the vCenters so we would not have to set the permissions for major objects separately. That is if the domain\usergroup has the administrator role on vCenter A, and vCenter B was linked, then domain\usergroup would also have the same role on vCenter B. Does that follow?

Am I missing something? Is there any easy way to propagate these roles from one linked vCenter to the other?

Any help is appreciated!

Roles replicate accross linked VCs, permissions do not. The highest point at which you can assign permissions is at each VC level.
