Tips on Virtual-Physical Windows Cluster

My Boss wants me to look at Setting up a Windows Cluster for 2008 SQL with an Active Physical server clustered to a VM. Anyone have and tips or links to web resources. All the Microsoft documentation says I probably should not do it Smiley Happy

VMware has publish a document on how to do this and what is and isnt supported. Its worth a read before going down the path only to find out a component of your setup isnt compatible.
