Hi,

Is there any active link from where I can download from? The torrent link doesn't seem to be working.

Thanks!

Janakan Rajendran.

I had same experience. http://www.entisys.com/nagiosvma is a dead link and that domain has no download link. What a waste of time. This seems to be true of many appliances in this directory. I would say less than HALF of these appliances work out of the box. Publishers are putting up crap that does not work.

I submitted a dead link report to vmware.com

Where is the Download link? I would like to test it, before installing nagios.

as bob said above: more than 50% of all VMWare content is crap. The links dont work, the archive is barely browseable, many projects are abandoned.

The reason VMWare keeps this forum is to gain knowlegde, not to give!

I downloaded it about a year ago. It was a decent appliance, but the authors deviated from a few application defaults, making it very difficult to update/change. Sad to see it's gone, though...

Does anyone have an answer as to where a number of people can obtain a working link for the VMA?

I am going down this route but I would be happy with the VMA advertised on the marketplace -

This is not the same VMA, but it's very similar (nagios and monarch) and quite complete.  Actually, in many ways it's better.  I'm running it now in dev/test and like it a lot.
