Crystal Reports results show in RDP but not in PCoIP

OUr users run reports in Crystal reports, the results are not displayed in the report when viewing through PCoIP unless they print the report to PDF. If the same user logs in with RDP the report is shown in the viewer application. this also happens with some clip art in Microsoft Word 2003 and Publisher 2003. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

There are known issues with the .NET framework, where applications based on this code will not render correctly if it was installed before the View Agent.

Is there any documentation on these known issues?

Not that I know of, maybe check the KB or open a support issue.

You can try to install the .NET framework and the application after the View Agent to see if this solves the issue.
