I forgot to mention that I have VMWare tools installed and that I am getting some Destination Host Unreachable from the IP from eth1.
I found something on another forum :
After you copy an Ubuntu image, you'll probably lose your network connectivity. After a little bit of digging, it turns out that Ubuntu persists the MAC address of the network device in /etc/udev/rules.d/*net.rules . The fix:
sudo rm /etc/udev/rules.d/*net.rules
sudo shutdown -r now #to reboot

So I did it and what happen is that I got my eth0 back and eth1 disappear.
I reconfigured my eth0 with a new static ip but it still not work. I think I did progress but something still bothering. Any ideas ?
Sorry, everything is working now. This was the good solution !!!
