Unsupported element 'Property'

I am trying to import OVF with custom propery set and getting folling error with vmware ovf tool. Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Error:

- Line 107: Unsupported element 'Property'

Here is more details.

Using following command.

PS C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware OVF Tool> .\ovftool.exe 'C:\Documents and Settings\Divyen Patel\Desktop\solaris10-upda

te7-mysql-vapp\solaris10-update7-mysql-vapp.ovf' vi://root:guest123@129.146.85.165

Opening OVF source: C:\Documents and Settings\Divyen Patel\Desktop\solaris10-update7-mysql-vapp\solaris10-update7-mysql-

vapp.ovf

Opening VI target: vi://root@129.146.85.165/

Error:

- Line 107: Unsupported element 'Property'

PS C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware OVF Tool>

Version I am using is

PS C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware OVF Tool> .\ovftool.exe -v

VMware ovftool 1.0.0 (build-166674)

Also attached here with the ovf file.

I was trying to deploy OVF package which has some custom properties directly to ESX server using OVF tool. Via vCenter its uploading fine with the same command line tool.
