launching view client on a specified monitor

I imagine this is a windows question, but here goes....

Is it possible to direct my view client (and subsequent virtual desktop) to launch on monitor #3 of 4 on my PC? Right now, my VIEW desktop only launches on my primary monitor.

What if you drag the client to the monitor you want to use and then connect to the VM?

that didn't work...and the first few times I tried moving the window, it always came back on primary on next launch....but this last attempt, windows seems to have remembered where it was after a disconnection and when reconnecting, it came up on the correct monitor (and adjusted the resolution, accordingly). strange.
