I would say the 'A' is to get some hands-on time with VMware technologies from the ground up. ESX & ESXi, vCenter, the rest of the Virtual Infrastructure etc. Then get yourself onto the blogs and forums, reading about issues, best practices, white papers etc.
The 'B' would be to study for, and pass your VCP exam.
'C' is the continued learning of the technolgies, possibly looking towards the Design or Enterprise admin exams.
the 'D' through to 'Z' is everything else! It never ends. I'm somewhere between B and C at the moment - hung up on virtualisation security and powershell!
Hope that helps.

Thanks man one last thing training on vmsphere and training on ESX server will same value and what is VcP3 and 4?
Not quite sure what you mean there, but if you are talking about self-learning, then the vSphere self-paced training materials are only just starting to trickle out, whereas there is a wealth of information on VI3.
If you are going to take an authorised training course then in my opinion it is worth hanging on for the vSphere courses. There is signifcant overlap in the technologies and you are slightly futureproofing your skills. The VI3 to vSphere upgrade is a no-cost licensing upgrade for many clients, so we shouldnt see business staying on VI3 for years like they would in say a Windows platform upgrade.
Hope this helps.
