VMware View 3.1 RGS integration

Hello,

We are testing with WMware View Client and Agent 3.1.0-157747 and receive the following message when attempting to connect using RGS:

"The tunnel is currently enabled. Please contact the administrator to disable the tunnel in order to connect using the HP RGS protocol."

Any ideas on what this message means and how to resolve it?

The RGS protocol brokering support in View 3.1 is not compatible with the VMware View secure tunnel, which is enabled by default.

You can read more about the secure tunnel in the admin guide. In order to resolve this issue, you need to select the Direct connection to desktop option, which is a per-View-server setting.

This has helped me a great deal!

BUT

also made me have major problems... I am using View 3.1, and when I use this idea of "activating the direct connection to the desktop".

This works in house, and when "on" then the outside (through the security broker) to the home users, stops working...

PLEASE help, I need the security broker, to be able to have people from outside the company to connect, and inside I NEED THE RGS (or the PC over IP protocol) to deliver the custermers RICH CONTENT, such as flash and active video connections, and SKYPE, and all of this works in house over the RGS protocol with out problems... when the "activating the direct connection to the desktop" is clicked.

but the outside connection does not work after activated... please help,

how do i use the "activating the direct connection to the desktop", and still connect from the securtiy broker outside (ALSO) (inside, and outside connections)????
