Is the Supermicro AOC-SG-I4 (Intel 82576EB) Working in ESXi?

Installed in my DellPoweredge 1950, but not seen in the infrastructure client. Has anyone used this card with ESXi 3.5?

I was not able to use this Quad Intel 82576EB NIC in VMware ESX/ESXi 3.5 Update 4, but it works like a charm in ESX/ESXi 4.0 Build 164009.
