vCenter Server 4 & Linux

There's no mention of supported platforms anywhere on the vCenter Server site. Will there be support for running VCS on a linux host?

I know there was a technology preview out a few months back...

This hasn't been announced yet officially. As far as I understood it will be available in 2009, my guess would be not directly when vSphere 4 really launches. We need to be patient I guess.

It's killing me - it's the one thing that's stopping my group from fully deploying vmware right now. I figured that it'd be 'sometime this year'.
