Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

I decided to reboot my system and afterwards i get the following error when i power on a machine "Attemtped to read or write protected memory" and when i go to the console of the machien i get "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" this is now resulting in me not being able to get to all of my virtual machines....

Can any one help !?!?!

This was resolved via running another update on my ESXi box for the firmware and the VIClient. It looks like there was some kinda of bug within one of the releases.
