can not boot ISO's from NFS datastore

Hi,

I just set up an NFS share (Openfiler) and I can succesfully add this to my ESX server.

On this NFS share I have a folder named "os-iso" where all my ISO's are in with several operating systems

Now when I create a new Virtual Machine ... and edit the settings where I point the CD drive to a ISO file this also goes fine.

After booting the Virtual machine it's only trying to boot from the network card and the it says it has no operating system.

What am I doing wrong here?
