Can no longer play iTunes thru speakers connected to Airport Express

I have a new 3.06 GHZ iMac running Mac OS 10.5.6. I just installed Fusion2 and Windows XP. Since installing Fusion2/Windows, I can no longer play iTunes in Mac OS through speakers connected to my Airport network. When I try to connect to the remote Airport Express in iTunes, I get an error message in iTunes that says, "An error occurred while connecting to the remote speaker. An unknown error occurred (-15000)." I have not installed iTunes in Windows OS. I have the same problem on a PowerBook. Interestingly, Airfoil (in Mac OS) continues to "broadcast" sound wirelessly to the Airport Express. Prior to installing Fusion2/Windows I was able to "broadcast" iTunes to remote speakers connected to the Airport Express. I have tried reinstalling iTunes and the error is still there, and it occurs if Fusion2 is running or not.

If Fusion isn't running, it's not clear that this is Fusion related (it could be a coincidence). If you uninstall Fusion (this won't affect your virtual machines), reboot, and still see this problem, I think it's pretty clearly not Fusion related.

 I have the same problem on a PowerBook.
Well since you have the same problem on your PowerBook and Fusion cannot be installed on a PowerBook then I don't see how this is a Fusion issue on your iMac however do as Eric suggested and that will tell for sure.
You also can use the following command in a Terminal to shut down the Services that Fusion has running even when the Fusion app isn't so you don't have to uninstall it and you'd be getting the same results.
