OK stupid question number one.
I have checked out a desktop, it has downloaded it to the local client. now how the hell do I open the machine? where is the machine? also when I click to connect the machine backin I receive the following error
if this is attempting to connect to the remote image then that is an understandable response, as the remote guest is shutdown and locked by View. now if this is the case, how do you start your now locally stored copy?
Next when I attempt to backup to server, I receive the following
Now this is not the case, as the machine is powered off and locked by VMware.
I can however check the guest back in and then sucessfully connect to the remote copy again.

Hi Tom,
could you upload the logfiles from the client and agent somewhere and send me the link?
Best would be a debug log created with the DCT tool support.bat in the Program Files directory.
Thanks,
Christoph
Hi,
I'm getting the same Error for a NetApp NFS Storage which I told the View Server to use for a Composed Desktop Pool. Deployed two VMs from that Storage, then a Error Message appeared, that HA could not power on second VM, after that turned off HA for the Cluster. Second VM powered on successfully after a while but provisioning of the two VMs left does stop with the exact same Error message.
Regards
Oliver
