I'm running Windows XP SP3 inside Workstation 6.5 on a Kubuntu 8.10 host. Full screen mode works fine, but Unity mode has a couple of issues. The most obvious is a 'flicker' when changing between Windows applications and native application partially hidden by the Windows application; the native application appears, then the Windows application briefly re-appears on top, then goes away again. It's not a serious issue, but quite annoying.
The second problem seems to be related: sometimes, instead of flickering, the Windows application stays on top; i.e., the native application comes to the front, then returns to the background, often several times in a row. This is quite annoying 
Are these known issues? Any solution?
