HELP! V2 PCI to PCI Bridge Prompt

Hello:

I just upgraded my Windows XP Fusion install to Fusion 2. Now WIndows keeps telling me it has found new hardware for the "PCI to PCI Bridge". I tell it to go ahead and update the driver, which it seems to do, but then the dialog just pops backup. I can not get past it by allowing it to install the driver or by cancelling. I have no clue what to do, but my PC is dead until I can figure it out. Any assistance would be appreciated!
