Accessing individual ESX hosts via web access using AD doesn't seem to be possible, however if you have a virtual center instance which is integrated to AD, then you can point your web browser to and login with your domain account, the username format is domain\your_user_name then your domain password.
This would actually better then accessing individual hosts when vmotion is enabled as you may not even know where a VM is running.
