ESXi (non-VI implementation) User account management

I just built my first ESXi host and I am trying to configure a user account on it. I connect via the VI Client, navigate to the User/Groups tab, right click to add user. After filling out the information I am unable to get the "Ok" button to become available.

I have read through the "Managing ESXi" guide and it appears that this type of management can be done via the VI Client. Are local groups and user accounts a feature only available in ESX and not ESXi?

The login will need to be lower case (that'll enable the OK) and no spaces in the login.

Welcome to the VMware Community forums. You can create local users. You'll need to fill in the Login / User Name / Password and Confirm to be able to create a user. You'll then need to give them at least read-only permission. If you click on the Administration icon, you can create roles that more finely tune the permissions you give out. With ESXi and ESX in stand alone mode, you can only grant permissions to the ESX host as a whole. You can grant permission to individual changes (this was possible in ESX 3.0 but was removed ). If you need that sort of granularity of permissions you would need to look at adding VirtualCenter (or VirtualCenter Foundation).

"You'll need to fill in the Login / User Name / Password and Confirm to be able to create a user."

That is where I'm stuck. I've attached a screenshot. Basically I fill in that information but I am unable to create the account.
