Error within the Supportsystem?

    now everytime I try to submit a supportrequest I receive this:




    Error code: TQ44

    Error date: *Tue Jun 24 02:54:01 PDT 2008*

    Err 4 user: **

    Exception: *<!-- This check here is un-necessary if errorKey was associated in the resource bundle.  So much for an error msg -->

    Invalid URL invocation*



      The Error Code is different every time i try this. But earlier in the morning I was able to submit a request, this needs even several tries and I had some notifications about errors in the Siebel-system, but one time it works.



    Is this a common error or is something false with my browswer (Firefox2 / Linux)?
