there is an error in this Config file:

The DirectFlex is pointing to "your" Executable:

C:\Users\pim\AppData\Local\Snip\Snip.exe

Thanks for reporting this. I undated the .ini to use %LocalAppData%\Snip\Snip.exe instead.
