is the path "AppData>\Local\PUTTY.RND"
meant as "<localappdata>\PUTTY.RND", or does putty really store
"C:\users\...\AppData\Roaming\Local\PUTTY.RND"?
The documentation tells that there are some failover paths, but this is not described in Detail.
I've checked and Putty stores the PUTTY.RND file in the LocalAppData folder, so the template has a mistake and should be:
<localappdata>\PUTTY.RND"
