1. | Add DNS records for Cisco Jabber.Create DNS records for the following names on your domain DNS server Service: _cuplogin Protocol: _tcp Priority: 0 Weight: Your Choice (If you have a DR you will have to create two records and weight accordingly) Port Number: 8443 Host: IM and Presence server FQDN Service: _cisco-uds Protocol: _tcp Priority: 0 Weight: Your Choice (If you have a DR you will have to create two records and weight accordingly) Port Number: 8443 Host: Call Manager server FQDN | |

2. | Edit GPO for Persona ManagementAdd Policy Files and Folders to Preload AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF | |

3. | Turn on the auto start on the jabber clientWhen you first enter your info check the box for: Sign me in when Cisco Jabber starts Then once jabber loads click on file and options. And under general place a check in: Start Cisco Jabber when my computer starts. |
