    Demo package that provides sample workflows to Create, Get, Resolve, and Delete UserRequest items (Helpdesk Tickets) from the iTop product (


    Requires: HTTP-REST plug-in, access to an installed iTOP instance that includes HelpDesk features

    1. Unzip the attached file, then import the .package to your vCO server
    2. Run "Setup iTop Endpoint" workflow
    3. Run "Create iTop Helpdesk Request" workflow
    4. Explore on your own, add new workflows, etc...


    NOTE: If this package is installed into a vCAC embedded vCO server, you will need to update the "Setup iTop Endpoint" workflow: Go into Edit mode, Click on the Schema, then Validate. You will have three inputs that are not bound (new inputs for the Add Rest Host sub-workflow). Bind each of these to Null, save and close.
