Can using standalone converter-cli with xml file

hi,

May I ask can standalone converter v5 using converter-cli.exe with xml to do p2v?

I try but always get below error.

FAILED: Unable to access the remote vCenter Converter agent service. It either does not exist or is not responding.

I don't have vCenter install, how to adovid this error? my command below.

C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware vCenter Converter Standalone>converter-cli.exe -s

Dev.Fire.eDir.xml

The converter-cli is not supported, use API SDK instead. Check the community for more information.
