I wanted to drop a quick link to this amazing blog post by @rexremus. He basically scaled down Ubuntu and dropped the View Client for Linux on it. Following this guide it was simple enough to build an ISO and burn it to a CD (or USB), set my old crappy computer to book from CD (or USB) and the next thing I new I was connecting to a Windows 7 VMware View based desktop using my old hardware. Very cool, and I thought it very fitting to link it here.
