VM Player 3.0.1 over Ubuntu 9.10 - Cound not connect Ethernet0 to vitual network "/dev/vmnet8".

Version 1

    Hi folks,

I have a host with Ubuntu 9.10 installed and function well.

I had installed VMwarePlayer 3.0.1 over Ubuntu and had created two VMs.

First a guest  Windows XP and second a guest Debian 5. Both OS function well, except network.

Generaly when I install VMware Player o VMware Server over Windows

hosts, the logical network interfaces Vmnet0, Vmnet1 and Vmnet8 are

    created.

But on Ubuntu host these networks was not created. If I execute a

command "ifconfig" only "lo" and "eth0" interfaces have ben showed.
