VMware Partner Exchange is the annual global partner conference dedicated to enabling partners for success in selling and deploying VMware solutions, products and services. Learn how to accelerate your business with VMware while strengthening relationships with peers and enthusiasts from around the world. Partner Exchange reinforces VMware’s commitment to our partners, as well as serves as a launch platform for new products and corporate initiatives.
Focused chiefly on enablement and training, the conference will include breakout sessions, hands-on lab topics, an extensive pre-conference boot camp program, general sessions featuring VMware senior executives and industry keynotes, an expo hall showcasing top VMware sponsors and exhibitors, and a variety of networking receptions.
Partner Exchange attendees are a mix of IT technical professionals and IT business decision-makers from Partner organizations of all sizes, representing a wide range of industries. A company must be a contracted partner of VMware, Inc. to attend Partner Exchange.
Partner Exchange 2015 will take place February 3-5, 2015 at Moscone West in San Francisco, CA. We will also be offering pre-conference Boot Camps from January 31-February 2, 2015. Additional activities and sessions will also be held at The Marriott Marquis and The InterContinental hotels.

The official language of the conference is English, and all general sessions, breakout sessions and labs will be presented in English. Translation services will not be provided. If you elect to bring your own translator, please contact the registration support team firstname.lastname@example.org.

The VMware Executive forum is an interactive program offered at Partner Exchange to help you connect in a discussion group format with VMware executives and your industry peers on key market dynamics and strategic opportunities for the coming year.

When registering, you may pay by credit card, check or wire transfer. Payment must be received in full to print a conference badge on-site.
You must have attended two (2) previous Partner Exchange events. The Alumni discount will automatically be applied when you register, if you use your company email address. If your company email address had changed in the last 12 months, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Yes, your conference badge is required for entry into the conference. Please be aware that you will be asked for valid photo identification at registration before receiving a conference badge.
Go to a registration Assisted Check-in desk and have your badge reprinted. You will be required to show photo identification and pay $50 badge replacement fee.
There are a few countries that require a visa for entry. We recommend checking in advance with your country's local consulate.
During the registration process you will be asked if you require a visa letter. In order to request a visa letter from the Partner Exchange team, please be prepared to provide the following information:
Visa invitation letters will be submitted for approval for those attendees that have requested a visa invite letter and have completed registration data for a Full-Conference pass, including payment. Please note that we can only issue visa letters for fully paid attendees and you will need to allow 2-3 weeks for your embassy to process your request. Visa letter requests will not be accepted after January 9, 2015.
VMware reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at VMware's sole discretion, including past or present failure to meet VMware's standards of conduct, and also including but not limited to, engaging in violent, illegal, threatening or discriminatory conduct.
Yes, name substitutions will be allowed without penalty. Requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All substitution requests must be received by January 26, 2015. Applicable fees applied if new credit card used with substitute.
All cancellations must be received in writing via email at Partner Exchange Registration support at email@example.com.
Please note: Any requests to change the payment method used for a completed registration will incur a $50 change fee. If you need to make a change, please contact the Partner Exchange Registration Team at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please pick up your badge at the Partner Exchange 2015 - Moscone West registration desk during open registration hours. For security purposes, be prepared to show identification.
Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided daily. Full-Conference attendees are also invited to the Welcome Reception on Monday Night, and the Partner Appreciation Reception. If you have any special dietary requests, please be sure to inform us during the registration process.
Kosher, Vegan, Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Other (specify) options available to select during the registration process.

Your conference pass grants you access to General Sessions, Breakout Sessions, Hands on Labs, Complimentary Boot Camps*, Executive 1:1 Meetings, the Solutions Exchange Show floor, the Welcome Reception, and the Partner Appreciation Reception.

Travel and Housing
No, when you register online for Partner Exchange 2015, you will have an opportunity to request your hotel, check-in and check-out dates, and provide your credit card information. A hotel reservation will be made for you and guaranteed with your credit card.
Yes, a credit card will be needed to confirm your reservation at a designated Partner Exchange 2015 hotel.
Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM, but these times may vary depending on the hotel you choose.
To take advantage of Partner Exchange's discounted room rates, you must be registered for Partner Exchange 2015.
Smoking rooms cannot be guaranteed, and are only available upon request.
VMware has contracted The Marriott Marquis and The Intercontinental hotels for Partner Exchange 2015, offering a discounted rates to attendees and are within walking distance to Moscone West. You can reserve a hotel room upon registering for the conference.
If you would like to stay at another hotel on your own, you can contact that hotel directly to make a reservation.
A shuttle service from the hotels to Moscone will NOT be provided during the conference.
Conference Session Content and Activities
The Content Catalog is published in mid-November and is available to the public. It is the comprehensive list of breakouts, workshops and labs. registered attendees and prospective attendees alike use the catalog to see what topics will be on the agenda, who is speaking, and to start noting their “sessions of interest”. Schedule Builder is published once the sessions are actually scheduled. It is not available to the public and allows registered, Full-Conference attendees only to view a complete listing of scheduled sessions, pre-register for sessions, and start building out their personal schedule for the week. Please note, some sessions fill up quickly and we recommend that you pre-register for sessions at your earliest convenience.

You will be able to register for sessions approximately 1 month before the conference begins. All registrants will receive an email with instructions on how to sign up for sessions, once the sessions are available in the Schedule Builder.

We have an extensive pre-conference program with VMware and Partner Boot Camps on Saturday, January 31 through Monday, February 2. The conference kicks off on Monday with a Welcome Reception, and sessions run until Thursday, February 5. Click here to see the conference agenda at-a-glance.
Registered partners with a full conference pass can use the Schedule Builder tool to set-up a personal agenda of sessions they want to attend. An attendee can search and select sessions based on track, day/time, topic, role, skill level, market segment, competencies, route to market, and a variety of other helpful tags. Please note, VMware Employee and partners with ‘booth staff’ passes are not eligible to use the Schedule Builder.
