#Issue :

I've faced this issue while adding an ESXi host 5.0 to a vCenter 5.5, the process failed at 88 %.

When checked the logs, i have found similar alerts in the vmkernel.log :

#Solution :

then i have applied KB article and it did fix the issue :

VMware KB: VMware ESXi 5.0/5.1 host fails to reconnect to VMware vCenter Server due to vpxa coredump
