I just tried to install the appliance on a machine running ESXi. One of the VMDK files appears to have a "Type 2" identifier, which is giving ESXi fits. Can't clone it with vmkfstools, can't import it, etc. (I don't have a separate machine stood up for ESX Server and Converter, I only run ESXi.)
