My apologies to all concerned. The URL link to the ISO I previously posted was an automated install of QmailToaster on CentOS. The primary account that I mentioned previously was for the VM appliance, not the auto-installation that I went through. So the username=admin password=toaster worked for the Qmail.
After install, the QmailToaster was ready to go. Entered virtual domains, mail accounts and away I went. Hats off to ISO builder.
