Hi,
We've created both Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Standard Edition Templates both with two virtual nics connected to PRoduction and Backup Virtual switches.
Virtual Nic 1 connects to the Production Switch and virtual Nic 2 to the Backup switch on both templates. Bindings have also been set so that the Production nic is the first in the list on both templates.
However Windows 200 VM's deployed from templates show the main production IP Address as the IP for the VM in Virtual Centre yet Windows 2003 VM's from Template show the the Backup interface?
Does anyone know where Virtual Centre pulls the VM IP address? We would like all the VM's to show their main Production IP Address in Virtual Centre to help support and how can we change this on the existing 2003 VM's?
Many thanks
Matt
