It sounds/looks like you just tried to rip off the hard work that VMware has already done. There is nothing inovative or unique about this project. I wouldn't even call it an appliance.
VMware gave us the ability to boot off CD's in a virtual environment.....NOT YOU!
Does what it says..... I don't have to create a VA, I can just use an existing iso.
I am currently using rdp to access my Windows 2003 server in Slax on my XP desktop. Works great .
Would I be able to use this appliance to create a boot CD which boots from my hard disc so that I could launch my Ubuntu Linux distro from within Windows from VMwarePlayer?
