I can't even join. My employer won't send me on the course as I can do everything they want. *Sniffle*
Sometimes there are no benefits to taking guides home, reading and learning as much as you can as then they see no benefit for the course / certification.
If only I was a little thicker....
I agree - I would gladly give back my cert to be living in NZ again

Join the VMware Core Customer Program. By earning core customer points, you can earn yourself a seat in a VI class and your employer doesn't have to foot the bill other than you being out of the office and hotel/airfare if you need to travel.
