With my personal experience I would strongly recommend to go with VMware Certified Partners and take the training with them. Most of the instructors go through rigorous training and requirements set forth by VMware so you know you will be protected (besides the fact that its required to get the VCP). I have taken three different VMware classes with three different instructors and didn't have any issues with either of them. They all had different teaching styles but were all good and knew their stuff
