I am unable to power XP pro off and can't completely shut down the program. This may have started after upgrade to snow leopard, but I can't say for sure this began after the upgrade. I have tried to close windows from inside the program (ie., shut down, restart, etc) and also from VM ware pull down menu, all to no avail.

Anyone else have this probelm or have any thoughts on how to solve it? Thanks in advance.
