Production Site: SRM 4, vCenter 4, ESX 3.5 U4. This is an existing setup, and we can't upgrade yet. Will do that after DR project.

DR Site: SRM 4, vCenter 4, ESX 4.0. This is a new setup, so we can implement vSphere.

I'v checked the official document on http://www.vmware.com/support/srm/srm_releasenotes_4_0.html#compatibility.

Both ESX versions are supported on the underlying FC array.

Any potential or known gotcha for doing the above combination?

Thanks for the question and response, I've been a bit curious myself.
