I am ThinApping each of the .Net Framework versions for use as AppLinks in other Applications requiring .Net...

What is the preferred entry point to use for the Framework packages?

There is no.. Since there is no user interface to speak of you can use whatever. I tend to use cmd.exe to store the primary data container and name it something more logical. This gives me the ability to run cmd and look into the package.
