Is there a method to increase conversion speed from Vconvertor from VMX to ESxi format?
Cause as of right now, it states it's going to take 15hours for 50 gigs worth of Data.
Please reply back ASAP.

Not quite sure, this is the first of things in regards of converting stuff over.
Is there any other process to recitify what is being done. I'm in the middle of it right now.
"Resizing disk" means when you went through the Converter wizard and selected which drives to convert, did you also specify to have Converter change the disk size? If so, then Converter is doing a file copy rather than a block copy.
It may be simplest to stop the conversion and run the wizard again, since it's going to take a long time anyway. No sense waiting.
